Canada - U.S. Trade

CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement) governs the flow of goods, services and investments between Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.

Canada and the U.S. are engaged in a complex tariff and trade dispute, with both countries imposing sector-specific tariffs while maintaining exemptions for CUSMA-compliant goods.

The CBSA facilitates the flow of legitimate trade through CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) System.

Assess and pay duties and taxes on commercial goods using the CARM Portal.
