What is the CJA member discount?
The available discounts on prepaid products vary based on the product type and volume ordered. Once your Canada Post account is linked to the CJA, your discounted rates will be visible in the Canada Post online store.
How do I get the discount?
If you have existing Canada Post login credentials, contact the CJA office for instructions on how to link your account to the discount. If you do not have a Canada Post account, create one online. Once your account is set up, contact the CJA office for instructions on how to link your account to the discount.
Which Canada Post products are discounted?
Prepaid items previously ordered through the CJA office are all still available for order online at a discounted rate through the Canada Post store.
Do I still have to pay the fuel surcharge?
Yes, the fuel surcharge is automatically applied to your order and fluctuates regularly.
